The teaching assistants use the online digital platform, Moodle, to announce course-related messages, correct homework and inform students of course-related activities. In addition, teaching assistants use multiple media channels such as email, LINE and Facebook to conduct academic tutoring and to stay in contact with students. This teaching assistant network enhances the quality of education for the students.
